BBB’s customer service and work installing a garage door was outstanding. They were very helpful working with me to find a garage door that fit my criteria, and extended the contract deadline and honored the price quoted when I found out that I needed garage foundation work before the door could be installed. They also alerted me and helped fix a few issues we had with the previous setup of the garage motor and sensors so the new door would work well. They truly care about the customer and provide exceptional service.

Rachel was amazing working with me over a long period of time to schedule my installation. I had to reschedule multiple time due to various construction delays. She was very accommodating and understood my situation. On installation side, Eli was great. Started on day he promised and completed the job on time. Eli is probably the best roll up installer in DC. You can’t go wrong using him for your installation.

My garage door was having trouble closing this morning so I called BBB and Mike, one of their technicians, was at my house within 2 hours. He was very kind, transparent about pricing, and provided quick, efficient service. He also kept me updated throughout the process as I was not home during his visit. The woman I spoke with on the phone when I first called was great & helpful as well. I will definitely use them again in the future!

They cleaned the motor box from a giant bird’s nest, answered all of my questions, and helped problem solve projects even beyond the scope of the garage door issue. I greatly appreciate BBB and highly recommend them.

Excellent service as always! I had BBB replace my garage door a few years ago and they always are quick to come out for service and answer me questions about operating the door. Most recently, Mike came out and explained everything to me very clearly and thoroughly so I was able to understand how things worked and why certain repairs were necessary.
