I called BC Express when my heating furnace failed to come on. They sent a tech out within a couple of hours and the tech, Karon, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem in no time. The charge was very reasonable and would highly recommend BC Express.
Jason and Joe came to my home to address an issue with my system. They are both professional, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable about their work and Carrier systems in particular. BC Express maintains a level of providing exceptional customer service that you really don't see from many companies today. I highly recommend BC Express, particularly Joe and Jason for any HVAC issue you may have.
We had problems with our boiler on Friday right before the freezing weather and snow storm. Fortunately, BC Express was able to get Jason here that night. There was a problem with the igniter and other things. He spent and hour cleaning the elements enough to get the unit running. He ordered a tune-up kit. Jason, was great, friendly, courteous and respectful. Happy to have BC Express.
I can't begin to thank all involved in my 2 weeks of no heat. I appreciate all that was done to possibly avoid a new Furnace even though that was the end result. ALL of the technicians were wonderful and did all that they could with multiple visits. Thanks again to all including the office staff. I have told many people here how great BC Express is
