We had a large, beautiful, Live Oak in our front yard that a storm took down many, many years ago (easily 10 - 15 years). Though right after it happened the above ground debris had been chopped up and removed, the stump had been there "forever" and every time I would mow the yard I would have to circle the darn stump and each time would think, "I should do something about this stupid stump." But, I never did. A couple of weeks ago a storm took out half of another even larger Live Oak in our back yard and I started the search for the removal of that debris. I found B&C Stump Grinding on line and since they are just a few miles away from us, picked them first. While they were there grinding a stump for a tree we had just had removed, he gave us a very fair estimate for removing another stump for a tree that had been struck by lightening.They came when scheduled, cleaned up the sawdust, and were very reasonable.
