Be Cool Heating & Air Conditioning

I called and made an appointment. Three weeks later it is the day of the appointment. No one was arriving so my husband called to ask when they would arriving. The secretary laughed and explained they had a big install and could not guarantee they could make the appointment today. My husband rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later. In the meantime I found another company to service our furnace. I called a canceled my appointment. The day of my rescheduled appointment I received a call fur the Be Cool technician. I explained we had canceled this appointment. The owner then called me a questioned if I canceled. I explained what happened and told him the secretary probably forgot to cancel. He then called me a liar and said she would not have treated my husband that way. I explaine

Matt has been a blessing when it comes to any issue with heating, cooling or hot water. His prices are fair and he always makes sure the problem is fixed in the most timely manner. Cody has been over 2 times to fix different things and he has always been kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I always know what ever the problem is that Matt and Cody will get it working again! Thank you so much for always going above and beyond and for doing it with such professionalism and kindness!

Called over a month and a half ago to confirm coverage in my area (Owls Head) and availability. I was told they covered my are but could not come until Dec. I agreed that time would work and scheduled the appointment. Today I get a call telling me they would not come as it was not worth their time and had other clients closer that needed their help. Told to find someone else. Profit over service - would not recommend.

When Mike came over to extend my units' drain tubing, he was efficient, professional and friendly. He called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. I bought my mini splits from Be Cool 3 years ago and have been very pleased with them as well as any service calls and maintenance required.

Mike and Cody did a great job cleaning out our five split unit air conditioners and the heat pump. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did a thorough job. We’d definitely use them again.
