Sam was very responsive in providing a quote and outlining the treatment/price and was able to come out within a few days of initial contact. He also let me know to contact him within the next couple of weeks if the infestation returned and he would come back out for additional treatment. So far, so good at a reasonable price and appreciate that I'm not tied into a contract.
