Dillon was excellent! He got there late, but it was an emergency Business call on a Friday night. Once he was here, he was fast and efficient. Dillon let us know the issues and costs, before proceeding. We were very grateful, as we could not leave until the locks on all the doors were changed!! Emily was polite sympathetic to my situation and got me set up with an appointment quickly. Elijah showed up a bit earlier than expected (thanks!) and got me into my truck quickly. He even offered to help jump my dead battery since I left the key in the ignition in the On position but I had other people that helped me out with that. It was a kind gesture and I appreciate him offering to go above and beyond just getting my door unlocked. Given the circumstances, I had positive interactions with both of the people I encountered, I would recommend them to other people and would call them again if I ever needed the service.

Emily was sooo sweet and made me feel like a priority. Ethan, the guy that came out, spent a lot of time trying to make sure he had checked everything he could!! Realized it was the Fob and got us a new one ordered. Ethan made us feel like a friend, he wasn’t gonna leave with no answers for us. AND HE WAS RIGHT!!! Dustin, the other guy that brought the fob and programmed it when it came in was just a nice!! Definitely was a very pleasant experience and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Today Kobi came and installed my new lock. He is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, considerate, polite and patient with an older client. Thank you Kobi. I will be recommending this company to my friends and neighbors. Excellent service and a beautiful job. Thank you Kobi!

When I placed a call for rekeying my doors I asked the dispatcher for a rough estimate? She told me that she had no idea as she was not familiar with the pricing also informed me that the tech would let me know. I didn't think too much of it so I proceeded with my service appointment...Long story short I was not prepared for a $500 plus bill! The tech really worked with me and help get the bill down for a more reasonable rate. Overall satisfied with the service the Tech provided!
