Beach 2 Bay appliances did a great job fixing our clothes dryer. Ray was an excellent technician. They responded quickly and completed the fix quickly. Communication was easy and they had a great tracker where you could see exactly when the technician would arrive. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Beach 2 Bay when our ice maker quit working. They were able to come out and diagnose the issue quickly and communicated with us throughout the process. A quote for repair was turned around quickly and it was extremely reasonable. The communication on when the tech would be back out continued. We are extremely happy with our experience and would certainly give a recommendation for them.

We live in Freeport..Ray came out a few weeks ago to diagnose an error code on our dishwasher. Arriving right on time. So professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He did have to order a couple parts. Within about a week he was back to switch out the parts. Coming back with the new parts same as the first visit. Friendly, knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. . I recently experienced an issue where my refrigerator compressor was not running. Cole came by to diagnose the issue. He did a great job checking for all potential issues. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was wrong, and ordered the part that was needed. Once the parts were in, he fixed the refrigerator in less than 5 minutes.
