Johnny did a great job of explaining the Trane HVAC options that Beach Air carries. He did not pressure me to choose one model over the other. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Once I made my decision on Thursday, Cory, Kristee, and Mario were at my home the following Monday, ready to install it. They were very professional, took great care in making sure my home remained clean throughout the process. Again, my questions were answered and things explained to me clearly. This is a great group of guys and their team works really well together. I highly recommend Beach Air!

Beach air did a fantastic job fixing our hvac issues. Our technician Dylan F was extremely friendly and very helpfully diagnosing our issue and explaining exactly what was going on. He went into detail that was easy for us to understand as well as what he was doing to fix the issue. I highly recommend beach air and definitely request Dylan!

When I moved to Myrtle Beach, and was looking for an HVAC Company, someone recommended Beach Air. The technician Mike came out and did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. I was impressed with his knowledge and professional manner. I signed a maintenance contract with Beach Air, solely based on Mike’s expertise. I continually request Mike as my technician because I trust him. I also appreciate his respectful manner every time he comes to my home. Being a Senior, that is a big plus. Dominick was great! He found issue with HVAC system in less than 10 mins and fixed immediately!! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! Beach Air continues to outshine all the other companies I have used in the past to maintain my HVAC system. Appointments are easy to schedule and the technicians always arrive within the appointment window. Although all the techs we have had service our system have been courteous and efficient, Dylan F. is one of our favorite. He was friendly, yet maintained his professionalism. His vast depth of knowledge about his business showed as he was explaining the results of his examination of our system. The recommendations he set forth were explained in terms that were easy to understand and comprehensive. No high pressure sales tactics. No 'you gotta have this today '. Site was left clean. Beach Air should be proud to have Dylan representing their firm.
