Beach Appliance & Air Conditioning

Dishonest company. I was told my A/C couldn't be fixed. That it would have to be replaced. Very expressive. I called two other repair companies and got it fixed at a fraction of the price. Don't trust them.

TERRIBLE THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE REPLACED MY BROKEN COMPRESSOR WITH ANOTHER BROKEN ONE . THEN REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO ME THE TENANT NOR THE LANDLORD FOR DAYS ON END . I HAVE BEEN OUT OF MY HOME FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH SINCE AUG 2 . HOUSE HOPING AND HOTEL HOPPING WITH A 6 MONTH OLD BABY AND A 4 YEAR OLD . IT IS RIDICULOUS AT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL THEY ARE BEING . !!!! THE TECHS DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING . I CANT EVEN COUNT HOW MANY MESSAGES AND CALLS ME AND THE LANDLORD HAVE GIVEN THEM IN OVER 2 WEEKS WITH NO RESULTS THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!!!

Had them install new unit the guys were super professional and installed my unit perfectly

Never answered phone or returned messages. After 5 intents called another company and got it right away. Not a good business.

Excellent. Service man was knowledgeable and willing to explain procedure as he worked.
