I hired Beach Environmental to treat my property for pests, and while they performed the initial service, their follow-up practices left me stunned and frustrated. After the contract term ended, I chose not to renew—a perfectly normal decision. Without any warning or discussion, their technician returned unannounced, removed every single bait station and trap they had installed, and left dozens of gaping holes scattered across my lawn, flower beds, and along the foundation. These weren’t minor divots; they were 2–3 inch wide craters that posed tripping hazards, killed patches of grass, and invited new ant mounds within days. Beach environmental did an amazing job. I had to move in by a certain date and needed them to tent the house before and they were able to squeeze me in. Dana was amazing and very accommodating. Amazing customer service. She explained the whole process, and answered all my questions. The installers came in and out. I highly recommend this company.

not happy . had something broken and all they said was do you have video? no accountability. they said they trust the word of the tech over the customer.............not saying customers dont lie but it seemed like no one wanted to deal with it. ill take the loss at the cost of telling everyone I know to use a DIFFERENT company.

It has been an absolute pleasure using Beach Environmental Exterminating for a termite treatment on my house. They were so prompt and Zach was extremely professional when he analyzed the situation and recommended the appropriate treatment.
