Beaches Construction Co recently completed a major construction project at our condominium complex in PCB. Both Ken and Tanner were very professional and easy to work with. The building looks so good now. Very pleased. We have worked with them before at our building and I look forward to working with them again. I would definitely recommend.

Beaches Construction Company recently completed an extensive exterior renovation at our complex. They did a great job, with very professional workers that showed up and did what they said that they would do. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them to everyone. We hired the company to do a relatively minor concrete girder repair job a couple of years ago that experienced some complications recently, Ken sent his best concrete guy (Josh) out to our jobsite (over 1 hour away) for several days in order to fix the issue. Josh was extremely conscientious and did great work on the repair and improvement, and the repair job now looks better than ever. They didn't charge us a dime even though it was over 2 years later and beyond the manufacturer's warranty for the materials used. We had Beaches Construction perform a significant project at our home that was completed at the end of May 2023. I won’t get into the issues during the 5-6 months of project work, but we have had 4 issues already with water leaks from shoddy work (shower handle not installed flush which caused leaks through ceiling below, the same shower with drywall left exposed along the shower pan which caused another leak, leaks during plumbing install, no hot water in shower due to install issues). I am amazed that Bay County grants permits to this company and passes their inspections.
