Appointment was made within a few days. I was told upfront that the fee would be $79. He was prompt and very honest. My front load washer sounded like it had a boot in it. He told me that it wasn’t worth fixing. I asked him for recommendations on a new washer and was very pleased with his response, and advice. I will be going to their store to make my purchase. Love to give my business to a local/hometown business instead of the big box stores.

Andrew did a great job installing our new Speed Queen washer and dryer! He ran a few cycles to make sure everything was working properly and explained everything very thoroughly. All in all a great experience. Thanks Guys!

This morning we visited Beacon Services & Appliances in Lecanto, Florida. We were looking for a washer and dryer that would best suit our needs. As we looked at the different laundry pairs, in the Showroom, Dacie the Sales Representative not only answered our questions, She also shared the pros & cons of what might be our best choice. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision. We were given the estimate of cost and asked if we were comfortable with information shared. Not the end of the story !!! Not only did we select the washer and dryer that we wanted but also bought a refrigerator and stove. Our Appliances were in stock and being delivered a day of our choice. We are so pleased having found a company that is customer oriented and not just in business for quick sales
