Beacon Windows is a first-class company. They are licensed and insured and include a three-year warranty on their work, which immediately gave me confidence. Lizette and Steven came out to my property right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my window, and completed the evaluation in about 10 minutes. This was a repair involving parts, not a full window replacement. Within an hour I had a very clear, detailed, and very reasonable estimate emailed to me. The next morning I accepted the estimate and Theresa from Beacon Windows called and was able to fit me in that same afternoon. Beacon Windows sent over Rodolfo and Donald to fix the large sliding door in my living room this afternoon. They were both extremely polite, knowledgeable, and showed me the destroyed rollers before replacing them. They also replaced the weatherstripping and made sure that I could open and shut my door with ease before they concluded everything. 11-2025. As with the many other reviews, I had a VERY positive experience with Beacon Windows. Steve (old schooler with experience) and Lizette (owners) came out, and were very knowledgeable. My 4 panel sliding glass doors had a challenging impingement issue from the sagging concrete flooring above my lanai. They had addressed the same issue in another building in my complex; that customer of theirs is where I received the recommend. My job was a difficult and challenging, but they did a FANTASTIC job, and they did a lot of work to bring it back in full functionality, in a way that would LAST.
