Great information.. Just started our process.. but Dad has bought from them several times and I had once before..can't wait to get my carpet..

I just had a great experience from beginning to end. Ralph in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The installers were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and were able to advise what would look great in my house. They also worked to make sure my dogs were comfortable with them, and they were very friendly and pleasant while they worked. I love my floors and I had a great experience! Thank you!

Is the great place honest people knowledgeable

Just had a great experience at Bear Carpet One. I visited to purchase a urine destroyer product for our home & I was very pleased with the amount of knowledge that the staff shared with me on how to utilize the product. My total was small, but I was treated as if I was making a large purchase. Thank you Bear Carpet!

Tana was very helpful and so kind. The displays of all the flooring were set up to know what section to go to to for the right flooring you were looking for. One of the install guys was also kind and helpful! I would recommend this place to everyone!
