This guy…. Jeremy Jeppson…..is freaking awesome!! He kept in great contact with me, he was here very quickly and when he said he would come. He fixed my bathroom fan in a matter of minutes! This man practices good etiquette and had respect for my home and my family. I would recommend this company and Jeremy to anyone, anytime!!

Jeremy was great! Showed up on time and was handed a tough job that another Plummer completely messed up, he had it fixed in 30 mins! I highly recommend.

I have been ridiculously frustrated trying to figure out my sprinkler system. Some zones worked. Some didn’t. Some were not working on the app but worked manually. He was incredibly patient and let me hover over him to ask questions as he went through a huge test on both boxes of valves. He had to figure out the wiring and test solenoids. He even took the time to help me understand best practices. He was patient and didn’t condescend me when I asked how things should be done correctly. He is pretty busy so I had to wait a few days for the appointment, but based on the time and quality of work-it was worth it! He did tell me how much certain upgrades might cost in the future, but managed to keep my repair in budget. I will be saving his number !

Jeremy was very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He also spent the time explaining me what the problem could be and how it could be fixed. He pinpointed the problem. Jeremy is not only professional and courteous, he's extremely thorough, precise, tidy, methodical, and engaging. He insisted on hanging my TV perfectly center to the area I chose. I'm excited confident in the work he did for me and I will be having him back soon to do another install. Truly an expert at his craft with costumer satisfaction as his priority.
