Bear Creek Radon

Patrick did an amazing job at installing our new unit. Working with an HOA is an absolute pain in the ass and Pat worked super well and professionally with them. Even following their requirements of having to install with the same colored gutter. He even came back the next day to help install the outside relay and switch box because I wasn't really sure which setup I wanted. He was able to answer all my questions about radon and how he was going to install the unit. I highly recommend Pat for anyone looking to install a radon unit. Update: Radon levels went from ~7 to now less than 2 and still decreasing

Hands down one of the best experiences we have had. Pat was awesome to work with, he was very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process. We had an older Radon system installed in our house but our levels were still high, he took the time to look through our existing system. He explained to us where things might be going wrong and how some things were no longer up to code. He gave us multiple options as well as these things can get pricey. Luckily he was able to get us scheduled very quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. Our levels are in the range of 0.4 - 0.7 now which is just insane!!
