Although my initial call went to voicemail, I received a text within minutes letting me know he was on a job and would call back or could continue via text. I opted to text, sent over a few photos of the stump, and had an estimate within 30 minutes. Even better, he came out the very next morning to confirm the quote in person and completed the job right then and there. The pricing was very reasonable—better than three other quotes I’d received. He was punctual, professional, and left the area spotless. Payment was straightforward, with several options available. I chose Venmo, and the process was quick and easy.
