We had unexpected snow the day before the scheduled appointment. Ted called and gave us a heads up that he will wait until the next morning 7:30AM to give us Go or NoGo, depending on the how much snow we'll end up. Ted called at 7:30AM (as promised) and said the crew will arrive at 8AM. We had 1 inch of snow. Ted was very clear what can be done that day and what has to wait until snow melted. Ted and his crew are professional, efficient, and friendly. They were communicative throughout the entire project. We had a lot of bushy, tall trees and shrubs that needed to be reshaped. The trimmings and limb removals took 1.5 days. The crew was very neat and mindful of neighbors that need to be driving on the street. We were so glad to find a company that is right in Port! Called Ted on Monday morning to look at some small trees and bushes that needed to be removed. I happen to live only a few blocks away and he was at my house a few hours later after finishing getting his guys going. He gave me a quote that was more than fair and I hired him. The next day everything was removed. I am super impressed by the speed and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend.
