You responded to a wiring need in a goofy situation in my breezeway. Your guys solved it handily. Then you came and replaced our electrical service, while we were gone. Everything was perfect, until I found light and doorbell not working. So I asked for help again. You sent Craig. After I talked him into getting into our home I arrived to help. He was so efficient, fun, friendly as we worked together to solve the problem, a problem I had caused earlier. I so appreciate you and the service you give us in the community.

Had great service very bad communication and they took it the wrong way. They deducted some off the bill all because we had questions about it. When we wanted to use their service again and pay for it all up from they refused. Can't call back either. Thank God we found some one to do the job.

Great experience, highly recomend. We had a fault that needed an emergency call out on a Sunday. Got a call back from an on call tech within 15 min. Technician Dan was super knowledgeable and very friendly explaining as he repired the fault. Located the fault in no time at all- had everything repaired in less than 3 hours.

No Reply. Called and described the work I needed for an estimate, lady that answered the phone said a project manager would get back to me. No reply. I wonder if the owners know how much money they are losing because of poor communications with in their company. To your reply....no you did not!!!!!! The lady I spoke with said a project manager would contact me....I WAS NEVER CONTACTED!!!
