I purc hased a marine a/c from them online and spoke to a guy named Mike and assured me that the product would ship on the day I ordered it but the product didn't ship and I had to wait the weekend till Monday to call and find out why and they said that ups didn't come pick it up. They said it would ship on Monday and by 4pm it still hasn't shipped. To future buyers of product this company sells don't believe what the sales rep tells you. THEY LIE. they are great employees of the company because they don't care about the customer because if they did they would have called ups to find out why it didn't ship but they didn't and when I called the at 4 on Monday and hey said we are still waiting on ups to come pick it up. So they have just been sitting around all day just looking my product j
