Bearden Carpet

I have used this company more than once and was always very pleased. I even recommended them to others. However, when I hired them to install new LVP (luxury vinyl tile) in my new house in May 2024, there were several installation deficiencies/errors. I had more than one conversation with the owner and made repeated attempts to get the installer back to fix the problem. Time and time again my texts were unanswered and the installer kept putting me off, saying "we're still waiting on the replacement LVP". WELL, here it is January 18, 2026 and I haven't heard from anyone since January 11, 2025...OVER A YEAR AGO. I am very disappointed and will not recommend again. I wish things would have worked out differently because I really appreciated working with these folks prior to this incident.

Once again 100% satisfied with Bearden Carpet and amazing staff! Mary helped us pick great quality carpet at great price and Sean did a stellar installation. Both easy to work and schedule with and have eyes for detail. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

A very nice showroom and warehouse! Courteous and helpful, gave us space to look for ourselves at carpet remnants (we were looking for a piece to use as a rug between our bed and hardwood floors). Was pleasantly surprised to learn they could put a finished edge on a remnant! Was thrilled even more when we found an already finished remnant (6x9) with a pricetag we could afford! And then we got a discount on top of that!! Extremely happy we found this place!

We had a pleasant experience. They took time to discuss the variety of carpets and pads. Was installed several weeks ago, we still like it. Good group to work with. If you have a flooring job coming up, Bearden Carpet is worth a visit.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Tammy and everyone I encountered at Bearden Carpet. I waited over a month just to get an estimate from another well known carpet company in Springfield; this was after I had to keep calling them for the estimate, which was a few thousand dollars higher than Bearden for the same carpet. Luke and Bobby were the installers and they did a wonderful job. They were at our home on time, helped us move alot of heavy furniture, and were experienced professionals. When Luke saw that the carpet wasn’t matching up with the pattern like he wanted, he had Tammy order more so that it would look perfect. Thank you so much Luke and Bobby for your hard work, we love our new carpet!
