What I left versus what I picked up. First experience was good. I am a repeat customer. So I got a bigger bear than I first did on this second experience and what I received back is a bear with terrible patch work and missing paint. It looks like it was dropped while it was drying. It looks so terrible. I am so disappointed that it was thought acceptable to give a repeat customer this back.

Had an amazing first experience. Perfect stress reliever after a busy work week. Will definitely return!

Big difference in what In what I picked up versus what I left. Patch work all over it. White paint I didn’t use. Scuffed and looks horrible. To top it all off I am a repeat customer that brought more business. I will not be back. That should have never been handed to me. Patch work on legs and face, white paint on face. Did not use white paint on anything. Paint off on hands. The paint on the back looks bad too. The ears are messed up. This is unacceptable. It’s bad.

Absolutely loved the experience. I took my daughter for her sweet 16 and it was amazing. The atmosphere was super cool. 10/10 most definitely recommend.

Love the place!!!! Multiple examples and colors to choose from. Staff very kind. My daughters loved the experience.
