We cannot be more pleased with the experience we had with Bears. From finding out information about the Kozy Heat fireplace on their website to booking the sales call and install service. All appointments we communicated with us via text and included pictures of the service people who were coming over so we know they were part of the Bears team. Blaine and the install team did a wonderful job of removing our existing fireplace insert and installing the new one. They updated our venting and it was done properly. They worked well with Xcel energy as we had our new gas line run and they communicated with us all the way through. Everything was done cleanly and quickly.

Ken from Bears Home Solutions came by today for our furnace’s regular checkup, and I just want to say how professional he was. His customer service was excellent—clear, respectful, and reassuring throughout the visit. We’ve always had great service from Bears, and they consistently leave you feeling comfortable and at ease every time we’ve worked with them.
