Colby and Luke were excellent. Polite and well mannered; knowledgeable, clean and thorough. Enjoyed talking with them and the water heaters were installed to my standards. I could have done this myself but if any one was going to do it, I’m glad it was these folks. (Pics are the old units and then a picture of the box with the new unit! )

BEAR plumbing employees were knowledgeable, friendly and professional of my concern and issue. They explained in simple terms the problem and repaired it promptly. The office is quick to schedule your appointment and take information needed to dispatch the serviceman. Receiving a text message of when and a picture of the servicemen is helpful. You know in advance who you will expect to see. Overall I’m very satisfied with Bear Plumbing and I highly recommend their service.
