I have several rental prices and heard Damien gave good pricing, so i had him install carpeting in one of my rentals. Everything was fine until the carpeting started to come up from the floor. I wasn’t upset there was an issue. It happens. The problem is he was non responsive. I left several messages as well as texts. He ended up blocking me, and I called from a different number and left a message telling him I was someone else and interested in him doing work to see if would call back. He did within mins. I told him who it was, and said he would take care of the issue. He gave me a day and ended up not doing that day. When I asked for another day, no response even after multiple calls and tests. I even told I would end up the taking in whatever way legally i could if he didnt respond. no
