Beautiful Bath Pro

Called for an estimate. The person who came out was horribly rude and argumentive when I told him what I needed. What he quoted- anyone else could have done for 2-3 thousand dollars. Instead, he quoted 7-8 thousand dollars. I can guarantee that anyone who had work done by this company paid thousands more than necessary. I realize finding reputable contractors in Lubbock is difficult, but they have to be the worst.

We just had a remodel on our bathroom from an old tub/shower to a walk in shower. Beautiful Bath Pro did a fantastic job. From start to finish they were very professional and meticulous! We were looking to have a walk-in bathtub installed. Beautiful Bath Pro did a great job! Carlos was very polite, efficient, and extremely neat. Our house is 53 years old, so they had several structural problems to correct before they could install the tub. The finished product is beautiful. We were completely pleased with the whole experience, and very happy that we were able to deal with a local business.

We recently had Bath Planet install a walk in shower for my mom. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After getting a few bids we opted for their product. They were a little higher, however the shower is very well put together. The process was quick and the installer was very neat and clean. Also they did the tear out and install in one day, which is important when dealing with an 84 year old woman. We are very happy with every aspect of the process and will definitely use them again.
