Technician came out and replaced our ice maker and it stopped working one week later. I called him back and he said he would get in touch with me about coming back out to follow up and get it to work again. I have left him countless voicemails with no response. I do not recommend if you want your appliance to work more than a week. And I must say… I wish I read the previous reviews beforehand, because it seems to be a reoccurring issue with Gary. Nice guy, but likes to ghost

I truly hate to give a bad review for anyone in our area and I have even warned this person that he was leaving me no choice - well warned his voicemail because that’s all the response we get out of him. We called this company to fix our dishwasher and they did come out and fix it…we thought…but it immediately quit working again. When we pulled the dishwasher out ourselves, it had also leaking behind the dishwasher on our newer hardwood floors which caused them to buckle behind the unit (thankfully - only behind the unit. But, it was an active leak since it had been worked on). We were so nervous about leaving that unit in our house that we went ahead and pulled it and put it in our garage until Gary could come back out and repair it. (We also had already paid for the services…big mistake

Gary came to fix our oven. Cashed the check as soon as he left and the next day discovered our oven still didn't work. Called and left him a message and he never responded. I ended up fixing it myself. Long story short he basically did nothing for a service fee then ghosted us when we asked it to be rectified.

He came out and removed some gunk from our dishwasher pump. He told me that the pump may go out and that if it did he would come out and replace within 30 days. The pump went out 25 days after his visit. I called and texted him to honor his commitment and he never called or texted back. He completely ghosted me. I have read reviews of other appliance repair companies in the area, and this seems to be a problem. He was extremely nice and personable while here, but at this point I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The guy came out and was very friendly. He had trouble finding the part to fix my washer so he had to do a different type of fix. Told me if it didn’t work, he would come back to fix it for free. The washer started leaking again a week or two later. I have left 3 messages over several months and he will not answer my calls or call me back. Do not recommend using this company.
