Another FANTASTIC experience with Becker’s Appliance! Our seven year old GE Profile refrigerator was not cooling. I called Becker’s. Justin came out when he said he would, diagnosed the issue, ordered the correct part and returned as scheduled. He installed the new part, verified the repair and cleaned up the area before leaving. We have used Becker’s for the last 30 years for all of our appliance needs. They are professional, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. We are totally satisfied customers for life and highly recommend them to you!

Becker's responded promptly to my on line request for service. The serviceman, Justin was friendly and professional , diagnosed the concern , promptly ordered parts and left everything the way he found it after the visit. Justin was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was doing. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. It was a clogged hose. They were very quick to get me scheduled for the next day when contacted. Our technician Jessy was very knowledgeable and in 30 minutes or so had diagnosed the issue with my dryer. The repairs were going to equal the cost of replacing the 10+ year old dryer, so we opted to not have it repaired. Following the positive experience, I would contact them for appliance issues in the future. Keep up the good work.

I called Saturday afternoon to schedule a repair appointment for our clothes washer and Becker’s technician Jessy showed up promptly 8:30 Monday morning. Jessy was expedient in diagnosing the problem and answering all of our questions. Due to the anticipated cost of repairs I requested an estimate to assist in determining how I should proceed. Scott called early Monday evening to advise of his findings in preparing the estimate and spent some time discussing options. It is obvious given the time and attention we received from Becker’s that they truly care about their customers and will do all they can to assist with your repair needs! We would recommend them for any of your appliance repair requirements!
