Joel took care of my emergency when my power shorted out by a tree branch.Contacted AEP for me and made sure all my issues were resolved. He also installed all necessary equipment to get my home up to current codes. He was a God send in an emergency.

Beckley Electric has very poor communication skills! He told me he was coming by and do the work and he never showed and he never called. I called him several times and he wouldn’t answer the phone and you couldn’t leave a message Cause mailbox was full. I had someone else call him 2 minutes after I did and he answered the phone. My friend told him I was trying to reach him about the work he was supposed to do for me. He never called to reschedule the job or apologize. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not call them anymore. Not showing up and not calling or responding to me is very poor business skills!!!!!!!! I will never use them again.

He got my new power pole back up in one day. Very professional and would definitely use Beckley Electric again ! Thank you
