I contacted Trevor last Thursday looking to have my squealing dryer looked at Friday or later into this week. He said he's look into it and then didn't get back to me until Saturday. He said he could probably have someone out on Monday but I said I wouldn't be available to be home for the technician until Wednesday. On Tuesday I messaged him hoping for a time window for the technician and was told "he will be calling me to get your job tomorrow". I heard nothing from Trevor today and had to reach back out to him by text and was told the technician would call Trevor when he was available. At 2pm I tried to call Trevor to see what was going on with this and got a text asking if he could call me later. Trevor is absolutely splendid. I attempted to fix my own dryer and bought parts from him. Even after I called him back to admit defeat and schedule an appointment, he talked me through it and sold me the remaining part for a very reasonable price so I could complete the job. 10 out of 10 I recommend Trevor. He was more than pleasant and happy to help on a Sunday of all days.

Fantastic service and showed up when he said he would. My location is a pain to get to if you're uneasy with unmarked roads. There were no questions I had that weren't answered and he identified the issue very quickly at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend to anybody in the area without hesitation. I work in sales and my word is valuable to me and my customers so I'm very cautious when talking to a service company that I haven't used before. Trevor charged me $110 to misdiagnose a Samsung dryer, he claimed he thoroughly checked it and that "only leaves the motor" as the culprit. Well the motor is fine as I found out later. The actual problem was a blown blower thermal fuse, one of the most common issues on a dryer, yet somehow Trevor, who claims to be an experienced appliance repairman, didn't check it (as I found out later I had to disassemble the unit to test the thermal fuse, a bit of work that Trevor apparently didn't do despite the high price he charged to look at the unit). Anyway, based on his misdiagnosis we nearly spent $800 on a new dryer, but fortunately I decided to check it myself because what he told me just didn't sound right. called early morning for service, Trevor answered the phone "hello" asked if this was appliance repair. he stated it was. I told him the problem was my refrigerator and he asked if I could text him with the details and he would schedule me, also said could get to me today. I texted him with the trouble I was having and gave my address. never heard back from him, texted to asked if i had been scheduled with no response. called around 5pm and got voicemail that was full. Never the less, very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.
