Do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling this place. Seriously — the one-star reviews are trying to save you. I waited around all day for a call about snaking my toilet (I’m literally up the block). They told me someone would come out that same day. Great, right? Wrong. When I called back later to get an ETA, I was told they “don’t take appointments” and basically weren’t going to do it after all. So… what exactly was I waiting for? If you enjoy wasting your entire day with zero follow-through, this is your spot. If not, call literally anyone else.
