Bedrosian Industries - Carpet Rug Cleaning

Bedrosian cleaned two rugs for me and they look brand new. The colors had dulled so I thought they were faded. After being cleaned they are vibrant. I highly recommend them and will use them again. They were very accommodating, easy to work with and fairly priced. Thank you Bedrosian!

I had a very poor experience with this company. They may still clean carpets well, but I found dealing with them for a customer service issue was truly disappointing. . Calls were never returned and charges were made to my credit card any without prior notification. I’d never go back or recommend them.

Very honest people. I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new rug. However, it was the rug from my mother in-law's piano room. It was explained that it might not be perfect and that didn't matter to me. I'm a very satisfied customer and my daughter loves it.

I had a houseful of rugs that hadn't been cleaned in far too long. I contacted Bedrosian and the people I spoke with (mainly Samantha and John) were completely up front about the costs, they were responsive to my questions, and they were all around very easy to work with. I do not have expensive rugs: I have kids and a dog, and I go for practical during this stage of life. It didn't matter, Bedrosian treated me as if I had a house full of fine antique rugs. They sent a courteous and professional crew to remove the rugs and take them to their location, and I didn't have to do a thing: they moved the furniture, rolled up the rugs, and out the door the rugs went.
