Bedrosians Tile & Stone

One shining light out of half a year of remodel hell was Sheena and Bedrosians Tile & Stone. If you need tile or flooring for any project and are lucky enough to live anywhere within driving distance to this large showroom store, you must make the trip. The tile displays are large and give you a good sense of what the tile will actually look like and feel like. All of the employees we encountered were nice and seemed helpful and engaged. Sheena was amazing. Not just helpful, she was enthusiastic, positive and went out of her way to make our experience not only positive but also productive. Steveinie at Bedrosians in Daytona Beach is amazing. I have never built a home before, and figuring out how to do the selections for complex rooms like kitchens and bathrooms is daunting and full of minefields. Steveinie has been extremely helpful, educating me about materials and applications, trying every possible combination, offering moral support when I get frustrated, getting me samples, everything imaginable. This is SO hard, and I can't imagine doing it without Steveinie. She went out of town on vacation, and I was horrified, but her colleague Sheena stepped in and kept me going. TY Sheena! Unfortunately their return policy sucks. I went in this week and said we were going to do our shower FLOOR. The staff was helpful and told us to look over the tiles and that they were marked if they were for showers or not. We picked an octagon tile for installation. I contacted the installer and he proceeds to tell me that the tile is too large to use on the floor. He says it has to be sheets of tile no bigger than 2-3 inches per tile. Bedrosian stipulates there are no returns however. Now I'm stuck with three perfectly good boxes of new tile and out close to $300. No one there ever said these tiles were too large to use on the shower floor. I was depending on them for their expertise. Beware.

Our designer picked out tiles from Bedrosians for both our bathroom and kitchen. I worked with Roderick Turner on getting everything ordered and shipped to our house. He was incredibly responsive and very quick to get our orders in and shipped out as quickly as possible for us. I can't thank him enough for all of his help! He truly made this process for us incredibly seamless and easy! Thank you so much!

Sheena Stacy of Bedrosians worked with my husband and I for the purchase of flooring and the Prism Grout for our very large remodel. What professionalism! Sheena helped us to pick out the correct tile and then helped us to pick out the grout color (Not an easy task).
