I want to first off start by saying that any type of renovation can be highly stressful however I knew the minute I walked into Bedrosians and met Jim Statham, he was going to help mitigate that process as best he could. And he delivered. Jim was very knowledgeable and patient and personable. He wasn't like other salesman that I've experienced like from carpet one who just wanted to sell me floor and get me out the door. No no, Jim literally stayed with me past operating hours and spent a cumulatively close to 6 or 8 hours total in time. That is pure commitment and dedication and I applaud him for it. Not only was the service great but the products were exceptional. Bedrosians had everything that we were looking for in a One-Stop shop. We renovated all three bathrooms and received nothing

I have had the absolute best experience with Adriana and Bedrosians.. I worked exclusively with Adriana, purchased engineered hardwood, large format Italian Porcelain tile, several shower wall tiles as well as limestone pavers for our pool. Adriana is knowledgeable, helpful, very accomdating and I look forward to working with her on many more projects!

We are so happy that we walked into Bedrosians! Prior to finding Bedrosians, we shopped everywhere and it was just so stressful and overwhelming! At Bedrosians, we found well made, beautiful tile, a stress free process, and the kindest, most comforting young lady to help us. She took her time with us, listened, made great suggestions, and gave us the space to figure it out. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria at the Jacksonville location. I was desperately looking for a very specific tile color for a shower renovation and she went above and beyond to find and send a sample that was very close to what we needed. While we ended up choosing a different tile from another vendor that matched a bit more closely, I would not hesitate to work with Victoria on future projects. She diligently answered all my questions and followed up after the sample was sent. Victoria was so pleasant throughout the process. The company is very fortunate to have her.

We just walked in this store in Jacksonville ,Florida . No one up front when we walked in . We were never greeted by anyone as we walk through the showroom. As we walked out two women were at customer counter talking to each other. They never made eye contact with us or ask if they could help us at all. We were like ghost 👻 to them , they totally ignored us. I would suggest go somewhere else for your needs who care about customer service because ,if you had any issues with anything from here. I can only imagine how they would treat you. Like a ghost 👻 calling with complaint. If they can't see you when your there to spend money remodeling bathroom and need tiles. They definitely won't see you if you have issues. Maybe they living large and don't need our business. If I could give 0 star
