Bee Clean Disposal Trash Service

Apparently they’ve been bought out, and our recycling has been overlooked for weeks now. I called the morning it wasn’t picked up, and I was told someone would call me. No one ever called, so I continued to reach back out to no avail. I finally told them if my recycling was not picked up by end of day, I would be canceling my service with them. When my recycling was not picked up, I called and canceled my service and requested a 50% refund due to only receiving one pick-up versus the two I pay for. The day after I canceled, I received an email stating my service had been renewed for another month. After being forced to get ugly with them, they finally informed me that my recycling “should have never been picked up in the first place because they don’t service my area.” Bee Clean is a total

Have utilized Bee Clean for around 7-8 months and up to this point it has been fine. Currentlyx I am 3 weeks overdue on pickup at this point (with payment up to date) and the picture is the current state of my trash dumpster. I have called all week long and left message after message about the need for pickup. I stopped by their listed physical location this week and nobody was even on site. What is going on? I get things happen and I am as understanding as anyone but this has gotten ridiculous. I run a small, local business and love to support those others as well but their customer service is non-existent. I will be looking for other options this week.

Was told they did not service my area anymore, which was fine and dandy they came and picked my trash up this morning like normal, but did not empty. The can out all the way just had them turn upside down. The can that they did not empty all the way this morning accused us of putting more trash in it when we did not so now I’ve got trash in my driveway that they did not pick up. Driver offered me five dollars to be able to dump it out claim that trash could not go in the trash truck. told driver I did not want the five dollars he forced the five dollars in my hand turned around, walked away and emptied out the can other than this incident for the year that we’ve had them, they’ve been great

We have had Bee Clean Disposal Trash Service for 2 years now and couldn’t be more pleased. They are consistent and reliable, and the pickup drivers are very friendly and customer-service oriented. We recently had our first child and, with life being a little crazy lately, have forgot to bring the trash can to the curb on our pickup day a few times now. The driver of truck 503 has been amazing enough to go out of their way to walk down our driveway to collect the can and ensure that it is emptied for us during our times of forgetfulness. That is the kind of customer service that we truly appreciate and will keep us as loyal customers for years to come! Thank you Bee Clean and driver of truck 503!

I personally love Bee Clean! We have had them for almost a year now and everything is always pleasant. We’ve actually missed our pickup time/date a few times and they’ve came back around and still picked up our trash when I know they didn’t have too. My daughter also loves the trucks and the drivers always wave. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, they are awesome!!
