Go on a Friday when Dawn is there. She is one of the most helpful people ever and knows the inventory in detail. There is a $45 fee for measuring and preparing a quote which is deductible from the cost should you go with them. I requested for three prices and went with CoreTec Ferndown Oak (around $10.50 on the CoreTec site). The quotes were detailed but, unfortunately, were approx $2k more for the living room, dining room and hallway than the company I ended up hiring and $1K more than another long established local supplier.

They did a great job and they worked really fast put everything back where it made my condo look new again this was summer of 2000

We went to the store. The sales staff were just great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I went back to give them a 50% deposit for new carpet. I was told at that time there was a 3 week lead time. I call the store 4 weeks later and I was told my carpet had just come in and I was on there installation board. And that they would be calling me to arrange an install date. Well it is now 4 weeks later and we have not heard a word from BJ's Carpet installation team. I thought BJ's was a well established Lansdale local company. I am not going to call them. I want to see how long they will just ignore us.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. But it takes forever to get your flooring installed, which they do an excellent job of. But if you're in a rush think twice.

Great place to get carpet. I needed to replace the carpet on just basement steps and they helped me find an economical carpet option and handle the install even on such a small job.
