The tech was extremely professional and patient. HE ARRIVED EARLY AND WAS READY TO PERFORM HIS DUTIES. Jonathon was very knowledgeable about the situation and I appreciate him. I must say, he has excellent customer service.

The pest control technician that performed the annual inspection was kind and professional in going about the inspection. I can rely on Beebe's to be there when I need them. I consider myself a very satisfied customer.

JR did an exceptional job. He replaced many broken covers. Also added missing stations and the hole drilling wasn’t easy. A+.

J.R., the technician is professional and does his job correctly going above and beyond expectations. However, BeeBee's the company's notification system has some defects. We are supposed to receive notification of an upcoming appointment and that has not been happening. Not everybody has their computer or smart phone glued to their hip all of the time. Don't tell me that the scheduler is too busy to make a phone call when they see that the electronic notification of appointment has not been confirmed within a reasonable amount of time.
