Dominic is very knowledgeable. He explained options and details from start to finish. He provided solutions and options throughout the whole process, which gave me assurance in a stressful situation. Dominic scheduled a crew to come analyze my situation within 2 days. I appreciated the phone call from Josh before arriving in the morning. The customer service, expertise, and hard work that both Josh and his partner Cameron displayed was amazing and I am VERY satisfied! I hired Beeler Excavation for what they described as a “straight-forward” drain field inspection. When I arrived at the noon appointment, the two crew members were sitting in their service truck. They told me they had already scoped down the cleanout near the drain field and confirmed everything looked good and was pretty simple. I was shocked when I later received a bill for $928. When I questioned the office, I was told the crew had been on-site from 9:45am–12:30pm—despite my appointment being scheduled for noon. After further questioning, the office admitted the crew had a cancellation and showed up more than two hours early, supposedly worked for 1.5 hours, and then sat in their truck for an hour and 15 minutes until the appointment time… and billed me for it. We were completely impressed with the service from Beeler. Scott, the foreman is highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. A true hardworking gentleman. Dominic was prompt and professional, keeping us informed about the process. All his workers showed the same attention to details. These include Vinny, Calvin and Victor, though I’m sure I forgot one or two. They are a true asset to this company. I highly recommend them.

During an escrow closing discovered a major repair needing done - in 7 days on blocked rain gutters and their drain paths. Total panic as contractors are booked months in advance. Beeler adjusted their work schedules to make the repair possible, closed in time. Work was professional, timely, end result of work site was clean, restored beautifully. Cannot express my satisfaction and gratefulness enough. 👏🙂

First, I want to thank McKayla with Dean Sterms State Farm in Rogue River. She asked around for me and referred me to “Beeler Excavation”. Spoke with Dominic, he rushed out to look at it and he arrived that day along with American Leak Detection. Beeler Excavation came out the next day and fixed the problem of a broken water line under my driveway which is very expensive Aggregate. They lifted 2 panels”WITHOUT BREAKING”!!!
