This company originally installed our garage doors. The weather stripping on the bottom of both garage doors was worn and not effective. It takes a specific rubber strip, nothing I can buy at store. A man from the company came (last winter) and said he would order it. Then it was on back order, then nothing. I call every few months. They never return a call. Not sure if they just want me to get new doors or if they can't get the part anymore they could have called and said so.
Very positive experience. Quick, friendly service when a problem suddenly occurred.
