Bekins Moving & Storage

I recently moved from Scottsdale to North Las Vegas and Garrett, Khalil, and Cody were excellent on unpacking day. I would recommend them any day. Extremely professional, polite, prompt, and fast workers.

This last move with Bekins/Allied was disastrous starting when the sales rep weight estimate of 21,000 pounds was more than 5,000 pounds short; to the truck being a day late in arriving with a smaller crew then promised; an over flow situation, again due to underestimating the load with the over flow load taking almost 30 days to arrive; when the primary load was 5 days past due in arriving and when it did so, having to replace the unloading crew. Customer service unit was available but not problem solvers. They, on occasion, did not return calls or follow-up as promised. They lost contact with the driver at one point and also lost tracking of the overflow delivery later on. I would not recommend this mover to anyone.

Kody and Ramon handled all of my property with care and made sure all of my belongings were placed where I requested. Thanks again you guys!
