I had such a great experience with Jhonnatan’s crew! From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, professional, and organized. They worked quickly without cutting corners and treated all of my belongings with great care. What really stood out was how they went the extra mile — helping with last-minute adjustments, making sure everything was set up just the way I wanted, and checking in to be sure I was comfortable before wrapping up. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. I highly recommend Jhonnatan and his team to anyone looking for movers who are reliable, hard-working, and genuinely care about doing a great job. I will definitely use them again!

From day one of the transition, everything was handled very professionally. On moving day, the crew was extremely careful, kind, and maintained a great attitude throughout the process. Everything arrived in perfect condition and within the agreed timeframe. I would like to give special recognition to Roy Roy Jr., who took the lead in organizing and loading the truck and did an outstanding job, paying close attention to every detail.

Bekins sent an agent to my home to estimate the job before giving me a quote. The agent was knowledgeable and reassuring and was the reason I decided to hire Bekins. I am glad it did. On the day of the move the movers were fantastic. They showed up ten minutes early, went right to work, and finished loading the truck in half the time I estimated it would take. They were fast and efficient. Same with unloading. It was clear to me that they were pros with significant experience moving people. I was grateful to have them working on my move. Highly recommended.

10/10 most incredible service ever! We used Bekins to relocate our belongings from Florida to New Zealand. From the beginning their service was personable, friendly, efficient and professional. We worked with Mike to organise logistics who was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions. Then we had Jhonnatan’s crew come and do our house packing. Jhonnatans team was AMAZING! Punctual, professional, friendly, efficient. Jhonnatan is very organised and clearly takes pride in what he does, closely monitoring his team of packers who worked quickly and with care. Couldn’t recommend Bekins service enough - they’re amazing!!!

Most of the move experience was fine aside from the fact that they lost one of my boxes which had my dishes in it that held family heirloom plates from the year I was born. When I asked for help on it, and perhaps it got mixed in with someone else's move I was told by the driver that "One of your friends must have stolen it on the day of the move". The subsequent claim was denied by Bekins for any reimbursement (no surprise there) as they take the driver's word for his mishandling of my move. Calls and emails to the office went unanswered. Other than that the move was good if you're ok with only 90% of your items actually reaching their destination.
