We had a severe water break in our condo causing significant water damage from the condo directly above us. As soon as we were notified, we immediately contacted Belfor Property Restoration as we have heard many good reports of their quality workmanship and we were not disappointed. We contacted Tim Alber, Belfor Estimator. His professional manner and obvious knowledge made us comfortable as he assessed the damage. Chuck Bruenig, the construction manager was also excellent to work with. He kept us informed throughout the renovations by phone, email, and pictures as the project progressed. Mary Beth Carter, the office manager was most helpful as we ordered bathroom cabinets and bedroom carpeting. She also communicated by phone and email during the project. Everyone we dealt with at Belfor was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were able start the job very quickly and did excellent work every step of the way. The inspector as well as the technicians were meticulous, with attention to every detail. Special shoutout to Tim, Hunter M. and Teddy for making this bad situation essentially painless. I can't possibly say enough good things about BELFOR in Myrtle Beach. Harrison, Tim and Matt were all incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable and took care of the water issue in my condo without me basically having to lift a finger. They came out on a Saturday (it was an emergency situation from a unit above me) and went right to work. I definitely know who to call if this happens again. I would also recommend them to any homeowner in the area. Only Positives from this experience.
