BELFOR Property Restoration

We had a water heater burst and soak into our 60 year old wooden floors (among other things). It took a few weeks of working with our insurance and dispatching crews for different parts of the restoration to get everything done, but it was definitely worth it. Our AWESOME project manager, Matt, kept everything on schedule and was always available for questions or concerns. And now our house looks amazing! The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show through in the work. Thank you to Matt and Belfor Property Resotration for turning a homeowner's nightmare into absolutely stunning floors, walls and kitchen floors!

We had a neighbor run into our house and ruin an exterior stone wall. The mortar gave way and the stones were thrown into two rooms, scratching two floors and damaging walls, a bi-fold folding closet door, furniture and personal items. The wall was replaced by an excellent stone mason. The floors were demolished and replaced by a qualified crew. The interior and exterior walls were repaired and painted and the two damaged rooms look as good as the day we improved them in 2007. Belfor has excellent subcontractors and they were all pleasant, professional and a delight to have in our home. The contractor, Beck Heigl, was in constant contact, informing us about the status of repairs. We worked with Matt Scott, who is fantastic. He has amazing attention to detail and boundless energy and enthusiasm. (Once you know him, you’ll realize this is such an understatement!) Our project was completed in about a third of the time I thought it would take, and the quality of the work was excellent. We give Matt the highest recommendation

No show. Contacted them for an estimate, made an appointment with Terry. The day of the appointment, I went to the location and no one showed up. Called Terry, he advised his partner was supposed to show up an hour earlier. I said I may have gotten the time mixed up, but no one called to tell me they were at the property waiting, no confirmation call, etc. We set up an appointment for the next day, Terry said he would come to the appointment himself. The next day, I arrived at the property at the agreed upon time, but again, no one showed, and no phone call.

We had a sudden need to deal with a mold issue in a rental house, and Belfor was quick, efficient and got the job done. Very professional and thorough.
