BELFOR Property Restoration (Spokane)

After having a flood during a roof replacement Belfor saved the day! Randy, Josh, and crew were outstanding! They coordinated with my insurance company so I didn't have too, and got my house put back together without any hiccups. The whole crew was professional and friendly. Hopefully this never happens again, but if it does I will choose BELFOR.

Gary, Lamar, Randy and the team did an excellent job helping us out after our basement flooded due to a leaking sprinkler. The incident happened right as we were leaving town to go on vacation and Gary was awesome about communicating with us even while he was on his own vacation. You always hope you don't run into a situation where you need to hire these guys, but they were top notch throughout the whole process.

We had a waterline in refrigerator break. It took Belfor over 5 months to restore. They had to replace small amount of sheetrock on two floors, paint, and refinish kitchen hardwoods. In the process they did not removed wet carpet pad, damaged our carpet, permanently gouged our hardwood floors, damaged door jam to front door just to name a few things. They seem to cut corners in quality of workmen and supervision of work. Their attitude seemed to be indifferent and blaming us for holding them accountable for damage. It was a really long and unpleasant experience and we would never recommend Belfor to anyone.

Chris is amazing. They have been super helpful during a flood issue. Will always use!
