BELFOR Property Restoration (Wichita)

Belfor Property Restoration did a great job for me when my water heater leaked. I had three rooms of carpet, a fifteen-foot hall carpet area, and flooring in my kitchen and kitchenette which were soaked. The carpet was replaced pretty quickly. However, there were supply issues with the flooring so the project took longer than expected but James kept me informed at each step. I am very pleased with the results.

The crews worked efficiently, timely, and with great care and attention to detail. They removed the water damage in my basement and treated other areas for mold. When I felt overwhelmed moving items out of the basement, several crew members took the time to reassure me that the remediation process would go smoothly—and it did! I am very pleased with the customer service and with each person I interacted with, both at my home and in the BELFOR office.

James and the whole Belfor company was professional and responsive. They always answered any questions I had from the start of the project until the end. I unfortunately had a hidden leak and it felt like a nightmare. James walked me through the whole process and kept me updated day to day. Angel and his crew did a remarkable job. Thank you guys for taking care of rebuilding my kitchen and basement room from the horrible leak. You guys really made life a bit easier for me while dealing with that! I hope I never have to do something like this again but if I do I know who I will be calling!

Their water damage estimator CJ visited my house on the same day I called and gave me a detailed description of the damage he found and how he would mitigate it. He gave me a much better price than the other company I called. His team worked fast, and patiently answered all my small questions.
