If you’re looking for a plumber with honesty, integrity, and great customer service, Dennis is your guy. Dennis installed our radiant heat, boiler, and plumbing in our new house. I have texted him to ask questions about our systems or fixtures, and once when our water shut off due to an issue with the well pump. He responds immediately to give advice, explain, or help even tho the problem was not with anything he installed - like the well, which is another company. He has done excellent work, stood by his work, and offered to go above and beyond.

Dennis is very nice. He troubleshooted with us over the phone and worked us in quickly when we couldn’t figure the issue out. It is nice dealing with someone who truly wanted to help and not just take advantage of his clients. We appreciated his expertise and time.

Dennis, was doing a job locally and needed parts. He didn’t have his credit card on him and told us to invoice him. I have been invoicing him for two years. He stopped answering his phone and tells me the office will take care of it. Well, he is the office. I’m not impressed with his poor payment service. Because of issues like this, loaning parts out and selling them over the counter has been ended. You would think other business owners would have your best interest in mind.

Dennis is absolutely AMAZING! He is very sweet and very much knows how to deal with/work with insurance companies if you happen to be dealing with an ins claim. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is an honest and kind person and you do not come across that often anymore.
