This was our first time using this company and to say I was happy with the service is an understatement. We had used a different company for many years and we didn't know what we were missing until using Bell. Tucker completed our service and he was so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time doing great work, explained everything he did and why he did it, and gave a thorough post- cleaning breakdown. We had never experienced this before and were so impressed. We had 4 bedrooms and our couch cleaned and it all looks great. Thank you for great work! We will use your service again.

Highly recommend! Christian came out and did a lot of overdue work for us! Super kind and attentive to all concerns that I had about our carpet, tile, and the grout! After service was completed he told me what to keep an eye out for if something did come up in the next 5 days (usually if there was going to be an issue with something that would be the timeframe it would show up) to reach out and they will happily come back out and address it with us! I was able to call and get booked within the week for a time that worked with my schedule. Extremely reasonably priced for such a good quality of work! And all the specials that are always running you can't go wrong!

I used Bell Carpet Cleaning to clean out my heat/air ductwork and Dryer vent. I'm super glad I had the dryer vent done when I saw the pic of it. Chris came out and did a great job and even offered to replace a couple of light bulbs in my dining room chandelier! ☺️He had to come back to clean the dryer vent from the roof because the roofers, years ago, installed the wrong type. But Chris 'got 'er done' and with all the lint fluff that came out--it looked like it was snowing! So if you think you're dryer vent doesn't need cleaning---Think again! I will definitely use Bell Carpet Cleaning again! ❤️
