6 months ago I had a new kitchen floor installed by another provider. I was NOT happy with the product or installation. Enter Mark Bell and team to the rescue. Mark came out to measure and examine my pain points of the product. He explained what needed to be done to rectify the issues and why the LVT I sampled at his story would be a better fit for my needs. I was expecting a two day process but his team ripped out the old floor, properly prepared the subfloor And had the new flooring installed before 5pm. Don't be like me. Bell has an incredibly wide selection, and great service. I needed carpet cut and bound to my specifications for a living room ‘area rug’. Teresa very patiently helped me select several carpet samples and didn’t bat an eye when I decided to go an entirely different direction. She kept me informed when there was a delay at the mill. The finished product is a perfect fit. The guys who delivered and laid it even offered to move my furniture back in. A 100% good experience.
