We recently had Andrew from Bell Systems come out to check our HVAC system after setting up our home warranty, and I could not be happier with the service! He arrived earlier than expected, quickly identified and fixed the issue, explained everything clearly, and even checked the rest of my AC system to make sure it was running properly. He was super friendly and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for fast, professional, and thorough service!

I set appointments 2 days in a row for a technician from Bell mechanical systems to repair my heat unit. Both days they went to Unit A instead of Unit B as was specifically noted to them and said no one answered the door. When I talked to a manager she did apologize but made no adjustment. I think this is inexcusable and would never recommend them for service. I had my heat unit repaired the very next day with Berthalot heating and Air within 30 minutes. I praise them.
