Our hot water heater went out and we called Bell Plumbing, who answered right away. Brent came over the next day and diagnosed the problem. Brent is courteous, kind, and very competent! Brent let us know that we needed a new hot water heater. When Tony came over by himself to replace the hot water heater, we were shocked. Tony is a master plumber and did the most professional job we have ever seen. My mother had some issues with a master bathroom sink and her garbage disposal. She had called other places and didn't get much of a response. The technician from Bell came to the house, on time and ready to work. He was extremely courteous and friendly while he was there, and was in and out in no time. Sink fixed and disposal running perfectly. She lives by herself and finds it hard to get good service at a good price. Bell came through with flying colors!! Professional, honest and fairly priced. We were told by another large company in town that we would need to replace our boiler heater at a cost of 15k. We called Bell for a second opinion. Not only did they fix our issue for a couple hundred dollars but it’s still running 4 years later. We’ve also used them for our place of business and again, had a great experience.

We called them on the weekend with a failed heater and asked if they would call us on Monday. They called first thing Monday, got us going in a half an hour and returned at the end of the day to fix another problem. Brent did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

I take care of my parents house in the winter when they are south. We have a lady who checks in on the place and she noticed a leak in the extension tank. I called them almost at closing last night and they came out first thing this morning and replaced it, took less than a half hour and the cost was super reasonable. I give it a huge thumbs up!!!
